• Air conditioning piping is installed using certified Freo Pipe systems designed specifically for HVAC applications, with proper insulation to maintain cooling efficiency and reduce energy loss.
• Electrical installations use certified Eletra wires, breakers, and switches to ensure the highest levels of safety and operational efficiency.
• A fiberglass swimming pool can be installed upon request and according to approved technical specifications.
• Provision can be made for solar water heating systems and rooftop solar energy systems depending on project requirements.
